We accept the following file types only; jpg, png, svg or ai format.

Once you add  your transfers to your cart, you will be able to upload your file. Orders placed without a file will be CANCELLED. We do not look for files in our email.

If you need a size other than what we have listed, email us your request BEFORE you purchase.

We are not able to create a design from a picture on a shirt. We are currently not creating custom designs. 

I understand the print quality will be a direct result of the image quality received. Screen shot images are low resolution and expected to print grainy and pixelated. Vinyl Cottage prints my image exactly as is. They do not edit, change or customize my artwork in any way.

I understand the turnaround times for custom items can take up to 7 business days

I understand the upload option will be found in the cart once I add my size and quantity. Any orders placed without a file upload will be CANCELLED.

I understand that all custom transfer purchases are FINAL. There are NO refunds or reprints of transfers.

I understand the size of my design is approximate and based on the LONGEST SIDE OF THE DESIGN.

I understand that I am responsible for knowing pressing instructions (time, temp and pressure) for the intended substrates. We do not give pressing instructions for custom sublimation transfers.

I certify the images uploaded belong to me (the purchaser) and I have permission to use the artwork with Vinyl Cottage as a third party printer. I agree to assume all liability resulting from trademark infringement.
