LOCAL PICK UP

We have multiple pickup locations for your convenience. Porch pickup is offered at no charge. We also have 3 dropoff locations: Pink Poppie, The Tea House and Ram Nutrition. There is a small delivery fee for this service. The listing can be found by clicking on the Announcement Bar for Local Customer Pickups.

SHIPPING

Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible.  Processing time varies based on items ordered. Processing times are listed on individual listings and DTF Gang Sheets turnaround time is kept posted on the main page of our website.

We only ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the ship to address in correct. If package is returned due to wrong address provided by the customer, customer agrees to pay to reship the package. If customer requests a refund after the package has been returned, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking

 

We do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages.

Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Route can protect your order should it become lost or damaged in transit. They can even protect your order from porch pirates. You are not required to purchase Route shipping protection. However, should your order get lost or damaged in transit Vinyl Cottage will not replace or refund for those lost or damaged items.

 

CANCELATIONS/RETURNS

All Printed Items:  once your order has been downloaded and prepped for printing there will be 10% cancellation fee. Once your order is in the queue for printing we do not accept cancellations.

All orders are printed in order of receipt unless a rush fee applies.

If an error is made on our part, we ask that you send all information including order number, the issue and pictures for review. Upon receipt of this information, we will assess the request and if valid a refund will be given or a replacement will be printed.  We do not refund orders for any other reason. We do not reprint orders that were submitted incorrectly. 

RUSH FEE

Turnaround times are posted. Should you need your items sooner than our posted turnaround time, we may offer a rush processing/printing fee. If this listing is purchased, it will move your order to the front of our print queue. We offer rush fees on a limited basis in order to ensure it does not effect our standard turnaround time.
