IN STORE PICKUP
We offer in store pickup for our customers who are local to our Northport, AL store. At checkout, simply choose the IN STORE PICKUP option for shipping. Once we process your order we will send you an email stating that your order has been fulfilled. You can then pick up your order in store during business hours. We will not ship any orders when this option has been chosen. Should you require shipping after choosing IN STORE PICKUP, we will invoice you for shipping. Once the invoice has been paid, we will then ship the order.
Orders not picked up after 45 days will be reabsorbed by Vinyl Cottage and no refund will be given.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
We ship all orders USPS mail. Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our current processing time for Ready To Ship items is 1-3 business days. We often ship same day or next business day, but this is not guaranteed. Our processing time does not include weekends or holidays. It also excludes any order containing printed vinyl, transfers or sale items.
PRINTED VINYL AND TRANSFERS
We keep updated processing times listed in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
We only ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the ship to address in correct. If package is returned due to wrong address provided by the customer, customer agrees to pay to reship the package. If customer requests a refund after the package has been returned, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and a 20% printing fee.
All printed items are printed as they are ordered. As such, they are considered custom items and not eligible for return.
We do not refund or replace lost or stolen packages.
Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order. Route can protect your order should it become lost or damaged in transit. They can even protect your order from porch pirates. You are not required to purchase Route shipping protection. However, should your order get lost or damaged in transit Vinyl Cottage will not replace or refund for those lost or damaged items.
When you place an order with us you will receive an confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Route with information on your order and how to file a claim. Do Not delete this email as it has an order # that is specific to your order with us. You need this order number to file a claim and Vinyl Cottage DOES NOT get a copy of this order number.

Lost Packages: Claims can be filed after there has been 7 days of no activity on the tracking
Claims for packages marked “ delivered must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the packaged was marked “ delivered.”
Claims for Damages: Must be filed within Seventy-Two (72) Hours after delivery confirmation at the final destination
If you have any questions, please let us know. If your package is stuck in transit, we will do what we can to help, but please understand that the information on the tracking page is the same information that we see.
Once you receive your package, please open and inspect it right away. We work very hard to ensure all orders are accurate. However, if there is an error, you must notify us via email at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions. You must include pictures of any damaged or misprinted items.
Return requests must be received within 3 days of delivery of package. Vinyl Cottage will review the request and the customer will receive a response within 2 Business Days (M-F, excluding any holiday closures). If the item was damaged or incorrect, Vinyl Cottage will work quickly to correct the mistake. Otherwise, upon approval, the customer can return the product in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Vinyl Cottage is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge our customers to ship items priority mail in order to receive a tracking number.
Upon receipt of the items in new and unused condition, Vinyl Cottage will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). If we accept returns of printed items, we will refund the cost of the item minus a 20% custom printing fee.
